Common questions.

The bot says "action impossible" or a module is yellow.

Run /diagnostic. The bot is missing a permission, or its role is below the member or role it needs to act on.

A module is greyed out in the dashboard.

Protected modules are read-only unless you are the owner or a confirmed security-role holder. Other modules require Administrator or Manage Server.

Can deleted messages be restored?

Only messages captured in a backup (when message capture is enabled), and only as clearly marked webhook posts — never with their original IDs, times or authors.

Is my data safe?

OAuth tokens, webhook keys and backups are encrypted, sessions are server-side, and message content is stored only when you enable it. See the privacy notice of this instance.
