Panels, categories, notes and transcripts.

Create panels and categories in the dashboard (staff roles, question forms, limits, cooldowns, auto-close). Members open private channels from the panel. Staff can claim, set priority and tags, add or remove participants, and write internal notes with /ticket note. Internal notes are stored separately and never appear in the ticket channel or in the requester's transcript; the staff transcript (posted to your transcript channel) includes them.
